Enrico Michael Dellagatta, M.Ed, DPT

Enrico “Rick” Dellagatta received his undergraduate degree (BS) in physical therapy from the University of Pennsylvania in 1972. Among his training experiences were The United States Veterans Administration Hospital in Washington D.C. and the United States Public Health Service Hospital in Norfolk, VA.

In 1982 Rick received his Masters degree from Temple University where the emphasis of his study was exercise physiology and motor learning. Throughout his career Rick’s primary interest has been the effect of physiological stressors on the acquisition of motor skills. His masters thesis examined “The Effects of Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation on Balance Beam Standing”.

In June of 2007 Rick received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Drexel University.


Jack T. Egan, PT, DPT

Dr. Jack began his educational journey at Burlington County College, where he earned his associate’s degree in Biology. He then transferred to Stockton University, where he graduating Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology in 2016. It was at this time that Jack began his tenure at Maple Leaf Physical Therapy as a physical therapy aide.

In 2016, Jack entered the Doctorate of Physical Therapy program at Neumann University. Jack’s post graduate training included an internship at Moss Rehab, Elkins Park and Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. Moss is internationally noted for its care of post-stroke patients and other neurological pathologies while RWJ provided background for acute rehab of respiratory, cardiac, orthopedic, and oncological pathologies.

Dr. Jack is a dedicated member of the MLPT clinical staff and is highly regarded by both staff and clients for his clinical skills and uncanny ability to relate to his patients. Since his first day at Maple Leaf in 2014, Jack has grown to love the town of Hammonton and the people who live here. His greatest joy in life is helping and healing the great people of this community. When Jack isn’t treating, he enjoys outdoor activities such as camping and skiing, fixing-up something around his house, and watching the 76ers.


Ilona Grynchuk, Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

Ilona came to the United States from the Ukraine in 2003. She began work at Maple Leaf Physical therapy (MLPT) in 2007 as a physical therapist aide. Ilona very much enjoyed her aide experience to choose physical therapy as a career path. Following completion of her PTA prerequisite courses at Cumberland Community College, she enrolled in the PTA program at Harcum College in Brywn Mawr, PA. In 2015 Ilona graduated as a physical therapist assistant with an Associate of Science degree.

During her tenure at MLPT, Ilona has become an integral part of our program demonstrating proficiency in the treatment of musculoskeletal, balance and neurological disorders. She provides expert evidence-based application of physical agents such as deep tissue laser and technically advanced exercise training utilizing advanced technologies such as force platforms, isokinetic and biofeedback.

Ilona is married with two school age daughters. She enjoys traveling and touring new places as well as family outings at the Jersey Shore.


Regina Genovese, Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

Regina began her tenure at Maple Leaf Physical therapy in 2013 as a physical therapy aide. While at MLPT, she pursued her PTA degree at Mercer County College in West Windsor Township NJ. In 2016 Regina graduated from Mercer with an Associate degree. Prior to becoming a PTA, Regina received a B.A in dance from Stockton University. She also taught kindergarten at the Folsom Public School in NJ.

Since graduating Mercer, Regina has worked the evening shift at Maple Leaf Physical Therapy. She developed skills and experience treating post-surgical, post- stroke and other neurological disorders. Additionally, Regina has extensive training working with dementia as well as experience in the rehabilitation of cardiac and orthopedic patients.
