We are an independently owned practice of physical therapy established in 1978. Unlike the "corporate clinics" we take a team approach while maintaining individual attention to all of our patients.
Dr. Enrico "Rick" Dellagatta began his physical therapy career over 50 years ago. He founded MLPT in 1978. He holds a Bachelor's and Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy and a Master's degree in Exercise Physiology. He remains an active clinical instructor & continues to present research at the state and national levels.
Dr. Jack Egan possesses Bachelor's and Doctoral degrees in Physical Therapy. He is a highly trained Physical Therapist with expertise in the treatment of athletic injuries with cases ranging from adolescent sports to high-level competitive athletes.

We have early morning and evening hours by appointment only available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Tuesday and Thursday are our administrative days. You can call any day during the week for an appointment. During your first visit, your physical therapist will perform a thorough evaluation inclusive of your:
- Coordination
- Current Symptoms
- Medical History
- Muscle Strength
- Special Tests of Your Mobility
The physical therapist will review these findings with you and discuss the plan of care best suited to your case findings.
